Staff and location were great, and I loved a family vibe of the hotel. My room was large and well furnished with a bed or couch.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel was chic with perfect staff and rooms. So many choices for breakfast: muffins, toast, pastries and muesli. My room included a microwave, a refrigerator and a writing desk. The staff were accommodating and were around whole time. The location was favourable, for example, Jurassic Parking Lot was not too far from the property. The area was nice enough.

Plenty of meals for breakfast, including coffee, muffins, pastries, toast and muesli. The rooms with fridge and microwave, the king size bed and couch. Had marvellous and stunning location close to attraction, near Theatre West.
Didn't like the area, it was extremely busy.

The hotel is in an unbeatable and best possible position and the airport is 0.5 miles away. Large and nicely furnished room with good bed and smoke detectors for safety measures.

We were in a convenient and stunning location not too far from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The room was huge, had a neat bathroom.

There were at least 2 really nice restaurants close by. Universal was actually walking distance as stated. The public bus stops right outside which can take you to Hollywood if required. Breakfast was good, first good cup of tea in US (water was actually boiling).
Dont rely on the airport shuttle being able to find it. Print out a map. We had a very abusive driver who couldnt find the hotel, after 90 minutes of abuse charged us double what he quoted. Got us off to a bad start

Close to Universal Studios, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, liked the free internet and free parking, friendly staff.
Could here the traffic noises from the 101 but not bad enough that I couldn't sleep.

The hotel was amazing. Our room was spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The hotel staff is very friendly and more than willing to help provide directions or services. The hotel was located near most of the attractions we wanted to see so it made navigating the city really easy. I traveled with 2 teenage daughters and we felt very safe and secure at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Los Angeles for the first time.
